Council Approved Development Application (DA)
Once you have your Development Application (DA) Approval you will need a Construction Certificate issued by an accredited Certifier before you can start works.
If you are going the Complying Development route you will by-pass council and your plans will be approved by an accredited certifier. The certifier will issue a Complying Development Certificate which you need before you start any works.
